The DAWG Built Lat Pulldown (BF08) is one of the most essential machines on any commercial strength floor. The vertical cable pull path directly targets the latissimus dorsi through a full overhead range of motion — building the wide, powerful back that supports every push, pull, and overhead movement in athletic performance.

The multi-grip pulldown bar accommodates wide, neutral, and close grip variations — allowing users to shift emphasis between outer lat width, lower lat thickness, and biceps involvement with a single attachment change. The knee pad assembly locks users securely in position during heavy sets, preventing the body from lifting off the seat as resistance increases.

The tall overhead pulley system provides a long, smooth cable travel path that maintains consistent tension through the full range of motion — from full arm extension overhead to the bar reaching the upper chest.
