SCROLL TO INITIALIZE
THIS IS NOT A DIET PLAN.
A diet plan says “eat this every day no matter what.” We do something smarter. A good boss looks at the work schedule and sends the right supplies.[cite: 5]
WHAT DID I DO YESTERDAY?
Did you work hard? Train hard? Need recovery fuel and repair?[cite: 5]
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TODAY?
Is today long and demanding? You need steady energy and strength.[cite: 5]
WHAT’S COMING TOMORROW?
Big day ahead? Power up tonight so the night crew can get you ready.[cite: 5]
THE BODY IS A FACTORY FULL OF WORKERS
Inside you right now there are millions of tiny factory workers. They never stop. Hover over the units below to decrypt their operational protocols.
ENERGY CREW
[ HOVER TO DECRYPT ]PROTOCOL DECRYPTED:
They make the power that lets you run, lift, think, and play. They work hardest during the day.
HEALING CREW
[ HOVER TO DECRYPT ]PROTOCOL DECRYPTED:
They fix scrapes, mop up messes, and haul out the trash (waste) so nothing piles up and makes you sick.
NIGHT CREW
[ HOVER TO DECRYPT ]PROTOCOL DECRYPTED:
While you sleep they deep-clean, repair muscles, and get everything ready for tomorrow.
SORTING CREW
[ HOVER TO DECRYPT ]PROTOCOL DECRYPTED:
When you eat they sort the good vitamins and building blocks and throw away what your body can’t use.
⚠️ TOO MUCH BAD STUFF
⚠️ TOO MUCH AT ONCE
YOU ARE THE BOSS OF THE FACTORY
A good boss doesn’t yell random orders. A good boss looks at the work schedule and sends the right supplies.
LOOK AT THE SCHEDULE
What did the workers just finish? What do they need to do today? What big job is coming tomorrow?
SEND THE RIGHT FUEL
Hard day tomorrow? Send extra good building blocks and energy supplies the night before so the night crew can prepare.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
Don’t dump 15 different foods on the sorting table at once. Simple meals = fast, clean work.
GIVE THEM A BREAK SOMETIMES
On easy days you can let the factory run quieter (flexible fasting). On hard days keep the fuel coming.
CORE RULES & SUPPLY CHAIN
(Click any image or chart sector to expand data. Click background to close.)
01. FRUIT FIRST
Give sorting crew the fast stuff first so workers aren’t jammed up when heavy meat arrives.[cite: 5]
02. SARDINES + ORGANS
Sardines often. Liver 1-2x week. Brazil nuts 1-2 a few times a week for selenium.[cite: 5]
03. POWER THE NIGHT
Big job tomorrow? Load the factory the night before so the night crew has everything.[cite: 5]
04. SOURCE CLEAN
Organic/local from farmers who don't use pesticides keeps the cleaning crew free.[cite: 5]
INSPECT THE PAYLOAD
CORE FUEL: PROTEINS & FATS
- Sardines: Often or daily (bones = calcium)[cite: 5]
- Bone broth: 1-3 cups (night crew loves this)[cite: 5]
- Eggs: 4–8 whole, pasture-raised[cite: 5]
- Ruminant meats: Beef, lamb, bison (fatty cuts)[cite: 5]
- Animal fats: Tallow, butter, ghee + salt liberally[cite: 5]
CORE FUEL: HYDRATION
Local, seasonal, organic preferred. Your structured hydration source.[cite: 5]
- High-water fruit: Watermelon, berries, melon, grapefruit[cite: 5]
- Cucumber: Liberal amounts[cite: 5]
SOURCING & MICROS
Organic and local as much as possible. From farmers who do not use pesticides. Research your sources.[cite: 5]
- Micronutrients: Liver (1-2x/week), Brazil nuts (1-2), Macadamias (sparse).[cite: 5]
- Grass-Fed: Pasture-raised eggs and grass-finished ruminants.[cite: 5]
SYSTEM REJECTED
RESTRICTED (DO NOT SEND)
- Most other vegetables[cite: 5]
- Seed oils of any kind[cite: 5]
- Grains & legumes[cite: 5]
- Processed foods[cite: 5]
- Refined sugar[cite: 5]
SHIFT SCHEDULES & PROTOCOLS
Select a shift scenario below to load the operational schedule.
GIVE THEM A BREAK
On lighter or rest days run a 16:8 window (finish by 7–8 pm, eat again around 11–12). Gives the workers a quieter shift so they can catch up on deep cleaning and repair.
WHEN TO SKIP IT
Never force a quiet day when the factory has a big job. Hard work, long training, or high demand = keep the fuel coming. Two or three solid meals.
NORMAL WORK DAY
Keep it simple. Give the workers clear, high-quality supplies.
Fruit first ➔ 5–6 eggs + 1–2 cans sardines (or steak) + bone broth + cucumber.
Fruit first ➔ ribeye / lamb or more sardines + bone broth.
PRE-HARD DAY LOAD
If tomorrow is a long or hard day, make tonight’s dinner deliberately heavy so the night maintenance crew has everything they need while you sleep.
Large high-water fruit first. (Easy, fast fuel for sorting crew).
12–16 oz fatty steak or 2–3 cans sardines + 4 eggs + cucumber. Organs if it’s that day.
2 cups Bone Broth. Collagen and minerals the night crew uses for repair.
RED LIGHT PROTOCOL
Red + near-infrared light helps the energy factories inside your cells (mitochondria) work better. More energy, faster recovery, less fatigue.[cite: 5]
WAVELENGTH OPTIMIZATION TARGETS[cite: 5]
- TIME: 10–20 min[cite: 5]
- FREQ: 3–5x per week[cite: 5]
- WHEN: Pre/post work[cite: 5]
- DIST: 6–12 inches[cite: 5]

BE A GOOD BOSS
Look at what the workers need for today, tomorrow, and recovery from yesterday. Send clean, simple, high-quality supplies. Don’t overwhelm them. Don’t keep them shoveling trash. Power them up the night before big days. Give them quiet shifts when the schedule is light.[cite: 5]
