The DAWG Built Dip/Chin Assist (BF10) is one of the most versatile and inclusive machines on any commercial strength floor. By providing counter-weighted assistance during both parallel bar dips and chin-up movements, the BF10 opens up two of the most effective upper body compound exercises to users of every strength level — from complete beginners to advanced athletes working toward unassisted reps.

The counter-weighted knee platform works on a simple principle — the more weight selected on the stack, the more assistance provided during the movement. Users progressively reduce the assistance weight as their strength improves, building toward full bodyweight dips and chin-ups over time. This makes the BF10 an essential rehabilitation and progression tool for any facility serving a broad membership base.

The wide parallel dip handles and overhead chin-up bar accommodate multiple grip widths and positions — allowing users to shift emphasis between triceps and lower chest during dips, and between lat width and biceps during chin-up variations. The padded knee platform provides comfortable support throughout every rep.
